Every time I try and customize this template I receive this 500 error message.

Under Appearance / Customize –> 500 Error

I myself and Hunter Dodson of Pierpoint have not been able to update this site.

Please help!

Well, I spent some time with the people at GoDaddy who said there are so many errors they recommend I go back to the free version.

Here is what they sent me.

Now, How do I get a refund?

We tried to back to the free version.
Can you return to the pro version to see the error???

I reapplied the Pro version and it still has the same problem.

Yes. We have checked your site the pro version is activated. Either you can send us the screenshot or make a user for us, assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at support@logicalthemes.com. We will check it from here and if there is an issue we will fix it.
