Submenu links not clickable

the website does not properly run on a mobile device. There is an issue with sublinks. When I click on the dropdown menu, I am able to click and open the menu pages, but the subpages do not open. How can I get this fixed ASAP? Thank you.

On the new domain name, the menu tabs open fine, but the subtabs do not open, on the phone. Once you click on these subtabs, they only remain highlighted but do not open. I have contacted my host and said that the issue is with the developer (on your end)

I bought the pro version and it didn’t work. I tried sooo many times to contact the developers, they replied after AGES then they NEVER reply again. The theme is not working and full of issues and the developers will never give you any support. I regret wasting my money for this piece of junk.
