Despite following the instructions carefully and having some experience with wordpress sites, I cannot get the slider to appear on my site. Any advice?

I bought the pro version and it didn’t work. I tried sooo many times to contact the developers, they replied after AGES then they NEVER reply again. The theme is not working and full of issues and the developers will never give you any support. I regret wasting my money for this piece of junk.
