    I just purchased this theme and am receiving the above message. I don’t see a solution posted in this forum.

    I have looked at this issue in WordPress in general but none of the solutions appear to work. I’ve increased the allowed size in my Network settings for wordpress and I’ve edited the php.ini file to 24mb instead of 12mb and increased the timeout to 60 seconds.

    Any insight would be helpful.

    FYI – the standard Academic Education (non pro) version installs without an issue.

    I was able to install the theme and child theme by doing it the manual way – uploaded zip into themes

    Now – stuck on the plugins. The page indicating i need to install fails installation on all 3 plugins. with the following message – similar on all 3.

    Unpacking the package…

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/home/stateapp/public_html/wp-content/themes/academic-education-pro/inc/plugins/lt-title-banner-image’

    TGMPA v2.6.1
    Return to Required Plugins Installer

    I’ve created the plugins folder because it didn’t exist – placed the zip files in there – I’ve even unzipped them – still no luck

    Kindly follow the steps given below to install the theme.

    To add a WordPress Plugin using the built-in plugin installer:
    Go to Plugins > Add New.
    Type in the name of the WordPress Plugin or descriptive keyword, author, or tag in Search Plugins box or click a tag link below the screen.
    Find the WordPress Plugin you wish to install.
    Click Details for more information about the Plugin and instructions you may wish to print or save to help set up the Plugin.
    Click Install Now to install the WordPress Plugin.
    The resulting installation screen will list the installation as successful or note any problems during the install.
    If successful, click Activate Plugin to activate it or Return to Plugin Installer for further actions.
