    So I have uploaded pictures for the slide setting for the ecommerce ultimate Pro, and the pictures are not showing on the main page.

    Hi Andry,

    Sorry for the inconvenienced caused to you.

    As per your query, we have updated our theme files and given you access to download the new version.

    Go to https://www.logicalthemes.com/my-account/ with your details. Then go to https://www.logicalthemes.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the updated theme.

    Then login to your FTP or Cpanel. Go to wp-content/themes and upload the zip file you have downloaded. First rename the existing theme folder then extract the newly uploaded theme.

    I’ve tried uploading the updated theme into WordPress (Ultimate Ecommerce Pro Posttye) but it’s not compatible. HELP.

    Hi Andry,

    As per your query, you have to download the ultimate e-commerce pro theme and replace it with the old theme.

    Can you tell me how you resolved the slider problem. I have Relief Medical Hospital Pro theme on https://ccclinic.org I have two sliders published with featured image and only one shows. No arrows, no rotating.

    I tested the files on my other server and everthing worked fine. It’s the only thing not working since I installed it on this server (Go Daddy)
