As per your query, we are giving you some easy steps and CSS for the given points.

For the first point >> Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Put the given CSS on it >> Publish.

For second and third point of the slider and feature section >> Please increase the numbers of slides >> After that just Publish >> Again open the slider section and you will get 4 sliders adding image and content option >> Same this steps for Feature section.
