    How do I get the home page slider to work? I’ve set up a new slider as per the instructions, but it doesn’t display. Is there an email I can send a screen grab to with website details? Martin

    Hello Support, I need help with Plumber Pro theme sliders. There are issues in the slider, it doesn’t display correctly in computer screen mode, and also in testimonials, the text is not enclosed within the container. perhaps you could change from the owl carousel to one that works or provide refunds. Its quite an oversight, and I expected the 12 months of support promised

    I am having these same issues and can’t find any help. None of the features are showing up and I literally just installed the template. The sliders are showing up in the customizer, but don’t show up on my page. If there is something I’m doing wrong I understand, but these features are the bulk of the website and if they aren’t showing up it would definitely be nice to get a refund because I’ll have to choose a template that actually works.
